RESPONSIBILITIES:
A vacancy exists within ARRB Systems SA for a Project & Business Support Coordinator to provide coordination, administrative and operational support across our project management and business development functions. The successful candidate will support project administration, financial administration, contract documentation, tenders, marketing, business development and stakeholder coordination, while assisting with project reporting, financial tracking and compliance with company, project and SANRAL requirements. This role is based at our East London office and requires a highly organised, detail-oriented individual with strong financial and administrative skills and experience in SANRAL and ITIS environments.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
- Coordinate project set-up, administration and contract documentation in line with project and contractual requirements.
- Support the preparation and tracking of project claims, reports, tenders, evaluations and WAFs.
- Manage the SANRAL internal procurement tender process.
- Support project financial administration, including invoicing, cost tracking, forecasting, reconciliations and client approvals.
- Ensure accurate and timely loading of financial actuals and forecasts into ITIS and compliance with SANRAL and ITIS requirements.
- Develop, maintain and update project schedules and support project reporting and submittals.
- Coordinate project meetings, construction progress information and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support project close-out documentation and final account reconciliation.
- Provide general project and office administrative support, including document management, Teams filing, meetings and related administrative duties.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- 3–5 years’ experience in project coordination, administration, financial administration and business support.
- Experience in project and contract administration, financial administration, tender administration, marketing coordination and business development support.
- SANRAL and ITIS experience is essential.
- Project Management qualification – advantageous.
- Business Development certification – advantageous.
