ARRB Systems has recently completed the first iPAVe project for the Departamento Nacional de Infraestrutura de Transportes (DNIT) of Brazil. The iPAVe collected approximately 13,000km of road network data for DNIT on their federal highways, across 15 states.

Utilising high-resolution doppler lasers and advanced imaging technology, the iPAVe accurately captures high-definition structural and surface condition data sets, continuously and seamlessly. Data collected by the iPAVe can be used to help identify areas of deterioration, assess the condition of the pavement surface and develop cost-effective maintenance plans.

DNIT have proven themselves to be an innovative leader in the comprehensive data collection space, and have been instrumental in the success of this project. We look forward to working together with them again in the future!
