Following our 2025 progress update, ARRB Systems is excited to share a significant leap in our South American operations. Our partnership with the National Department of Transport Infrastructure (DNIT) in Brazil has reached a new peak, marking both a technical milestone and a physical expansion of our local presence.

40,000 km of Data-Driven Excellence

Our flagship iPAVe® (Intelligent Pavement Assessment Vehicle) has successfully captured over 40,000 km of integrated functional and structural data across Brazil’s federal highways. This represents a massive step toward our 60,000 km project goal.

By utilizing Traffic Speed Deflectometer (TSD) technology, we are providing DNIT with a continuous “health check” of the pavement network without the need for lane closures or traffic disruptions. This data-driven approach allows for:

  • Proactive maintenance based on real-time structural capacity.
  • Optimized resource allocation for Brazil’s vital transport corridors.
  • Enhanced road safety through high-resolution surface analysis.

Supporting Growth: New Office and Expanded Team

To manage the increased data flow and project demands, ARRB Systems LATAM has officially relocated to a larger, state-of-the-art office in São Paulo

This move coincides with the addition of five new employees, bringing fresh expertise to our Brazilian operations. Our growing team is dedicated to providing the technical support and localized insights necessary to transform Brazil’s infrastructure landscape.

Reaching 40,000 km is more than just a number; it’s a testament to the power of high-speed data in infrastructure management. Our new office and expanded team ensure we have the capacity to continue delivering world-class pavement intelligence as we head toward the final phases of this historic survey.
