Minas Gerais, Brazil – The 27th National Road Conservation Meeting (ENACOR) and the 50th Annual Pavement Meeting (RAPv) successfully concluded yesterday in Minas Gerais, cementing their status as the most important forums for debate on road conservation in Latin America. ARRB Systems was honoured to participate as a Platinum Sponsor, showcasing our deep commitment to improving road infrastructure across the continent.

An Elite Gathering of Technical Expertise
The joint meeting brought together the elite of road engineering to discuss the latest developments, trends, and technical innovations in pavement, railways, airports, logistics and road safety. The event’s audience included over 2,000 technicians, researchers, engineers, and public administrators from municipal, state, and federal agencies across the LATAM region.
The four-day event included more than 20 lectures, 5 roundtables, technical mini-courses, and featured 80 exhibiting companies. Organizers estimate the gathering contributed an increase of R$5 million to the capital’s business tourism sector, with potential business deals among exhibitors reaching hundreds of millions of reais.
Sharing Data and Pavement Experience
As a Platinum Sponsor, ARRB Systems maintained a prominent 36m² exhibit booth, serving as a major hub for technical discussions throughout the event.
A key highlight of the technical program was the presentation by our own Martin Scavone. His lecture provided critical insights into comprehensive pavement surveys and data management in Brazil, specifically reviewing the vast amounts of data collected by ARRB Systems over the past three years. This focus on data-driven decision-making is central to accelerating progress toward modern and sustainable infrastructure management.

Commitment to Regional Growth
The choice of Minas Gerais for this milestone 50th RAPv reflected the state’s strategic importance to the sector.
Rodrigo Tavares, the Director-General of DER-MG (Department of Roads and Highways), emphasized the regional impact: “Minas Gerais has always been a point of reference in Brazilian road construction, since our state has characteristics that synthesize all types of terrain and soils in the country. By hosting the elite of road engineering, in addition to acquiring new technologies, we will have the opportunity to demonstrate products developed in Minas Gerais, which will contribute to the improvement of the infrastructure sector.”
ARRB Systems is proud to align with this vision, providing the technology and expertise needed to manage and maintain Latin America’s crucial road networks. We thank all attendees and partners who stopped by our booth and contributed to such a successful event.
