ARRB SYSTEMS PROMOTES ROAD SAFETY AWARENESS DURING UN GLOBAL ROAD SAFETY WEEK

ARRB Systems, South Africa, recently conducted a successful road safety awareness campaign at two primary schools in KwaZulu-Natal, demonstrating its commitment to improving road safety within the community. The initiative was held as part of the 8th UN Global Road Safety Week (12–16 May 2025), which carried the theme #MakeWalkingSafe.

ENGAGING THE NEXT GENERATION OF ROAD USERS

Recognizing the importance of instilling safe road behavior from a young age, the ARRB Systems team engaged with learners aged 10 to 14 from Nazareth Primary School and Motala Heights Primary School. The campaign involved interactive and educational presentations designed to teach the children about pedestrian and traffic safety.

The sessions featured live demonstrations to illustrate key safety concepts, making the learning experience both engaging and memorable. A lively Q&A segment allowed the students to actively participate, ask questions, and reinforce their understanding of the material. To further encourage participation and engagement, students were rewarded with exciting prizes.

A POSITIVE RESPONSE

The enthusiasm and active participation from both the learners and educators underscored the vital need for such initiatives. The campaign not only provided valuable knowledge but also fostered a greater sense of responsibility among the students regarding their safety on the roads.

ARRB Systems extends its gratitude to Nazareth Primary School and Motala Heights Primary School for their partnership and support in making this important initiative a success. The company remains committed to contributing to safer road behavior within communities and promoting a culture of road safety for all.

ARRB SYSTEMS’ COMMITMENT TO ROAD SAFETY

This campaign is just one example of ARRB Systems’ ongoing commitment to improving road safety. The company works with road authorities and organizations around the world to develop and implement effective strategies that reduce crashes and save lives. Through its innovative technologies and expertise, ARRB Systems strives to create a future where every journey is safe.
