Since joining ARRB in 1998, Chad has gained high levels of experience and expertise in the ARRB business model, leadership, operational and technical understanding and has strong commitment to personal and professional excellence.
Chad has extensive practical experience with a strong technical background to the application of automated pavement surface and structural condition assessment technologies and has been heavily involved with major data collection projects and innovative pavement testing technology both domestically and internationally, based in the Australian and United States ARRB offices.
Aaron, one of the original creators of the Hawkeye data collection platform, has over 20 years of experience advancing road transport data systems with a focus on real-time accuracy and automation. His leadership in software development and testing drives high-quality, user-focused solutions that align with business goals. Drawing from hands-on development experience, Aaron bridges technical challenges and intuitive software design.
Yesh, a registered Professional Engineering Technologist, is the Chief Services Officer at ARRB Systems. With extensive expertise in pavement design, construction, and management, he leads a global team optimizing road agency investments to ensure safer, cost-effective road networks. With 10 years of experience at ARRB in technical and leadership capacity and prior to this another 20 years’ experience in Aviation as a Certified Avionics Engineer. Rod is passionate about safety, industry governance, quality and overall cost equipment build efficiency. Delivering impactful solutions, while leading the Production, Engineering and Documentation teams. The key focus is on efficient and compliant productive solutions that are implemented to the highest quality to meet industry requirements.
Michael has built a career in the hardware engineering side of the business over the past 28 years, coming across to ARRB Systems when it separated from its predecessor. Michael has been involved in the hardware design of many of the data acquisition products in use today: Hawkeye, Heartbeat, Gipsitrac, Roughometer and Walking Profiler. Now Head of Hardware, Michael leads a team focussed on innovating and creating products needed for our global operations.
