ARRB Systems Americas is proud to announce that it will be initiating data collection services with The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT). Comprehensive pavement assessments are aimed at assisting with project programming strategies and safety efforts. ARRB System’s iPAVe® is the only proven device at the cutting edge of pavement management data collection technology, integrating surface distress sensors, Traffic Speed Deflectometer (TSD), and 3D GPR to continuously assess pavement structural capacity along with traditional surface assessments, all at traffic speeds.

This initiative is part of TxDOT’s ongoing commitment to maintaining a safe and reliable transportation network across the state. By using cutting-edge technology to assess road conditions, TxDOT can enhance treatment selection and programming efforts and improve road longevity, reducing costs and ensuring public safety.

TxDOT operates a vast network of roads across the state, spanning roughly 100,000 centerline miles and serving communities statewide. This new program allows for a more precise understanding of pavement integrity, which is vital for effective pavement asset management.
