As Founder, Chairman and CEO of VNA Consulting, a leading multi-disciplinary South African professional services company, Vikash wears many hats. He is the new Chairman of ARRB Systems Pty Ltd where his vast experience and infinite vision is sure to take this new venture to dizzying heights. Vikash has 25 years’ experience in the Built Environment industry, with the last 10 years firmly focused on road asset management and associated technologies.
He is an avid sports fan who enjoys a good game of cricket and tennis whenever he can.
Anju started off her career in the medical field, having studied Medical Biotechnology at College. She exchanged her lab coat for a calculator in 2002 when she joined Vikash as Financial Manager at VNA Consulting. Now, 16 years on, at the helm of VNA’s Financial Department, Anju is responsible for the smooth running of the business’s finances on all fronts. She has also partnered with Vikash to offer her insight and expertise as Director of ARRB Systems Pty Ltd. A good book will always be close at hand when she is not ‘relaxing’’ on the tennis court or on a walking trail.

Garry recently held the position of General Manager, Systems Division from 2005 at the Australian Road Research Board. Garry has been involved in management and marketing of high technology equipment and services internationally for over 30 years. He has an MBA from Monash University and an Associate Diploma of Business (Marketing). He is currently a Director of ARRB Group Inc. (USA), a Fellow at the Institute of Managers and Leaders, and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He has extensive experience in the development of international business, which started in the mid-80s whilst working for a Swedish multinational firm.

With over a decade of experience leading development and testing teams, Aaron is responsible for the development and improvement of the Hawkeye software suite. This includes specifically managing the software, testing and workflow of our entire software range.

Alana is responsible for the development and implementation of marketing strategy including the business plan and sales strategies. Along with the sales team, Alana oversees delivery of all projects and after sales support.

In his current role as Chief Operating Officer of ARRB Systems’ American operations, Chad has the responsibility and accountability for all North and South American activities including strategic relationships, operating financials, business development and project delivery.

Rod is responsible for leading the support and servicing team, which includes the project management of all equipment builds and support issues. Rod ensures timely delivery of projects / repairs and overseas the design and development of all ASPL hardware.
